October 11 : Beaucon Manila 2025 Day 1

Dear Universe,
Hello! I'm pretty happy and tired, but — I had so much fun!
So I went to see Beaucon Manila ( @beaucon_mnl ) this year. I hadn't been in any convention for a while, well — I missed a lot because I prioritized my review, but now that I had the time, I was very much happy to be in one. I was like, thrilled, to be there, but cringing and getting all awkward.
I met with a friend I met somewhere in the UGC groups across Facebook and around late in the afternoon, we were able to get inside, and enjoyed every booth until I passed out!

This was our first stop, Beyond Brew. The setup was very simple, like a coffee shop that we all ever been, but the staffs were very much accommodating. We really took our time taking videos and pictures of the booth, and we really had a great time. Then we tried the coffee. The coffee tasted like a caramel macchiato, but warm not iced. We were able to witness the interview of the CEO and the hosts of the event. The sweetener was actually stevia. That caught my attention because as you all know, I had diabetes type 2, so I really have to watch what I was eating and would about to eat.
2. Miss Universe Skincare

We stayed here the longest. I'm not really an avid fan of MU, just enough to be updated on current events, but there boxes of skincare were huge. Like, huge, huge. They had different essential products for a skincare routine, and I believed they covered both the evening and morning skincare.
My friend actually modelled it and, like, had a lot of videos and pictures for the promotion, so I guess she would be seen a lot from their socials.
3. Clarity Essence
6. Idara Aesthetics

This was the most crowded booth I've been. People were lining to get there products. Their products were mostly but not limited to whitening of underarms. They also sell their products, like less than a hundred, 59.00 per piece, if I wasn't mistaken. Oh, well. Their setup was gorgeous. This part where I took my shot was just the side of their booth but very aesthetic.
4. Seven Glow

I would be a very little biased. I loved Japan — the people, the stuff they do, their culture and their food, so this booth was my favorite — and it got crowded, too. We really took the advantaged of the empty seats on their set to take pictures and I looked around to snap aesthetic shots. Their products were more of a whitening soap, but I loved my morena skin, so I wasn't really into it.
5. Luxe Essentials
I've been really wanting to work with a perfume brands. I was just browsing around their booth, and I was really, like, somehow, work with them, but I didn't know their requirements and the standards they hold. But there was nothing wrong dreaming. I really felt, like pitching in with them, it was just, I've got a lot of rejections lately, so probably next time. ♡
I visited their booth because I was, like, considering to have a clinic intervention with my body. Well, I prefered laser for hair removal, a little tummy contour, jawline redefining, underarm maintenance. There's a lot actually, but didn't get me wrong. I loved my body — more than happy, satisfied and contented, however, if I want to make content creation and being a creative a career, I have to prioritize and to maintain it, right?
7. Beauty Wise
The kindest booth. My friend modelled it again and we stayed here quite some time. Their products were like a whitening soap, I guess, and a rejuvinating set. They also have these yellow bottles on the front of their booth, and they were even, like giving freebies, too. I liked this booth so much because it matched my gray, blue and white Instagram feed. The PR boxes were that cute.
------------
Overall experience, it was fun and every booth had its own interest amd aesthetic. I could feel like, I was getting older already, because, my feet was literally throbbing for all the walks and the standings. If I would be coming back? Yes. This Beaucon was a starting event for my comeback as a creative. I could really not say, like, doing it full-time, but my love-hate relationship with creation and crafts were something that I still learning to process. Being a creative in me, would always be here.
I would always be a creative — on and off the cameras, whether attending an event or not, receiving PRs or not, with paid collaboration or x-deal, I would end up in creating something, fulfilling.
Love,
Zoey ♡
